She currently serves as the Chief Corporate Services Officer at Centerline, where she leads integrated enterprise functions—including technology, procurement, digital systems, and corporate operations—with a clear mandate to drive scalability, operational excellence, and enterprise alignment.
Marsha is known for delivering large-scale transformations that align cross-functional teams, streamline business processes, and optimize enterprise platforms. Prior to joining Centerline, she served as the Digital Product Head for the Skilled Nursing Unit at BAYADA Home Health Care. There, she led a full-scale rollout of a new EMR system across 97 locations—completed in just 13 months on time and on budget. She also implemented RPA, standardized workflows, and built governance frameworks that significantly enhanced data integrity and compliance.
Her earlier roles include Vice President of eCommerce at Clean Harbors, where she launched a $16M B2B digital innovation initiative, and Vice President of Technology at OmniSource United, where she led cloud migrations and ERP modernization that significantly reduced cost and improved agility. Marsha’s leadership combines deep technical knowledge with strategic oversight. From her early work in software development and global consulting at Ariba and Dun & Bradstreet Software, to her executive experience in enterprise operations, she brings a distinctive combination of tactical execution and visionary strategy. Known for her hands-on style and transformative results, Marsha is a trusted advisor and executive leader in high-growth, high-complexity environments. With four decades of experience, Paul Maiuri is a respected professional in the critical infrastructure, construction, and maintenance industries.
Mr. Maiuri is the founder and president of Maicom Solutions, LLC, a division of Centerline focused on inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) wireline services. He leads over 350 employees across the continental United States in providing solutions to all critical infrastructure needs, including electrical, fiber optic, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, construction management, fire suppression, site monitoring, and preventative and demand maintenance.
Mr. Maiuri founded Maicom Solutions, LLC and Maiuri Electrical Corp. in 1988, establishing a reputation for the delivery of top-quality electrical, construction, and telecommunication services throughout New England.
Josh Delman is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Centerline. He focuses on the development and execution of Centerline’s strategic organic and inorganic growth plan in partnership with the executive management team. Since establishing the company in 2006, Mr. Delman has guided Centerline to the top of the industry, with over 1,300 employees designing, building, and maintaining critical infrastructure networks and facilities across North America.
With over 20 years of industry expertise, Mr. Delman is an entrepreneurial and results-driven leader. He has provided professional services and technical solutions to Fortune 100 companies, driving revenue and profitability through effective operational, sales, and financial strategies. Under his leadership, Centerline's executive management team has delivered consistent value to shareholders and employees.
Mr. Delman attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, majoring in economics.
Duncan Maclean is a seasoned telecommunications leader with over 22 years of global experience in both wireless and wireline industries. Starting as a field technician, he advanced through roles in project and commercial management, supply chain, network operations, vendor management, and sales. Mr. Maclean’s leadership spans hardware and services, emphasizing team development, operational excellence, and shareholder value enhancement.
Currently serving as President of Wireless at Centerline, Mr. Maclean oversees the wireless business P&L, strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and financial targets. He drives vision and strategy, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures operational superiority through continuous improvement and execution excellence.
BeforeCenterline, Mr. Maclean achieved significant milestones, including scaling a startup to $100 million in revenue in two years and leading a $1.3 billion operating budget. He facilitated over $500 million in recurring revenue and $4 billion in total sales. Mr. Maclean also spearheaded the implementation of the sixth live 5G network in the U.S. and deployed the first multi-operator radio access network (MORAN) in the United Kingdom.
With experience across carriers, OEMs, and service suppliers in various countries,Mr. Maclean has managed large teams, delivering on customer commitments through innovation and motivation. He holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Management of Electronics and Global Communications Systems from the University of Plymouth in Plymouth, England.
Ken Ward is the Chief Financial Officer of Centerline. He has over 30years of extensive experience in global financial leadership across a variety of industries. His impressive career includes senior roles at prominent companies, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to drive financial strategy, working capital management and operational efficiency.
Most recently, Ken served as the Chief Financial Officer at NPW Companies in Miami, Florida, where he successfully managed all financial, information technology, human resources and key strategic initiatives. Prior to NPW, he held the CFO position at RefrigiWear in Dahlonega, Georgia, where he streamlined financial processes and IT while leading a highly successful sale of the business to Sentinel Capital Partners. Ken also brings valuable experience from his tenure as Global CFO at SUZOHAPP, a $280M technology company, where he played a crucial role in a global ERP implementation, achieved significant cost savings, and led several key financial initiatives across multiple countries. Before joining SUZOHAPP, Ken held the role of VP - Corporate Controller and Interim CFO at APR Energy, where he stabilized and managed global financial reporting and consolidation. His efforts in preparing accurate financial statements and conducting a global asset inventory were pivotal to the company’s operations. Ken’s earlier career includes his role as Senior Vice President and CFO at Geneva Watch Group, where he navigated the company restructuring efforts. His strategic leadership ensured the company’s success.
